  • This place is horrible! They are abusive and will hurt/cut your dog!!! First of all every time I take my papillon Roxy to be groomed I specifically ask them not to cut her ears, yet EVERYTIME I pick her up they cut her ears and when i complain they are very rude! Now the worst part is they have hurt my dog TWICE!! The first time was a little nick and I understand accidents happen so I tried to let it go, even though they tried to hide it from me and when I called to complain about it they offered nothing to try and make it up to me. The SECOND time was a very deep gash!! That they again tried to hide from me and resulted in me having to take her to the vet it was so deep!! When I called and requested they take care of the $85 vet bill which is nothing considering i paid $50 for the visit and they severely hurt my dog, but they were very rude and refused to pay it! They didn't offer a refund on the horrible service they gave or anything!! They clearly don't care about animals and only care about making money! Which I'm sure they won't be in business much longer considering how they handle business!! I will not be going back there!!
