  • Absolutely a waste of money!!!$$$ unfortunately there is so much tough competition for Sushi 101 around the valley. Also places with much better prices. My sushi was extremely over priced and I didn't even drink! Happy hour is meh. Most importantly the sushi was not made with quality ingredients. The sticky rice on the California roll was so sticky it was like glue. The ends of the Vegas roll were basically fried hokey pucks. The cream cheese disgusted me it was old and sour. Each component of the sushi must be flavorful fresh and balanced. I will not be back here!
