  • If you are looking for a professional I would recommend looking elsewhere. I recently bought a Groupon online in hopes of finding a new hairstylist. After my terrible experience I would rather my money be wasted then to try and set up another appointment with Victoria. I had a Black Tie wedding that I had to attend and needed a hair cut before leaving town. When I showed up to my appointment the lights to her office were all out and the door was locked. I tried calling her several times and got no response and I even sent her an email hoping that she was just running late. I received no response after waiting for over 30 minutes and had to rush out the door. After leaving I would have even considered trying to reschedule (even through I had to scramble around Charlotte to get a hair cut that day). However, I never even received an apology via email or phone. I never have had such an awful experience with a business in my life.
