  • Horrible and unprofessional, very poor costumer services I was trying to get clothes for all my family, but I was looking around and the Lady in the kids department, they literally wanted to choose the clothes for you, she just ask me what size I need, they don't let me see the clothes, was really bad, and I know they think is for a better service, but let me tell you Dillard's team, some people like to get the space to see and choose, take the time to make the best decision about our outfits. On top of that the lady from the men's Department, she was the worst, she ask me and I'm not even gonna lie , like 15 times, she was on top of me and she always following me, they make me feel very uncomfortable, finally I decided on some clothes to try on , this same philipina lady that was following me through out the whole store open the fitting room for me , when I was done trying out the clothes I didn't decide on anything so I left everything there I got out with my kids and when I was heading out she yells across and shows me some hangers ?! , security approaches me and stops me the lady comes towards us and shows us the hangers and says these were left behind in the fitting room so security and myself looked surprised she was accusing me of stealing and what I had tried on were some jeans so I try speaking to the manager and the manager just apologized and said they were going to have a conversation with her but yet I got accused of stealing got stopped by security in front of my kids which is really embarrassing not only because she was following us through out the whole department store but yet she had accused me of stealing I would never go back to this department store I would take my services somewhere else were they do appreciate my business and have awesome customer service unlike Dillard's they should hire more customer service oriented workers the ones that are there for example that philipina lady was very rude and unprofessional no customer service skills at all I even showed them my other purchases which I didn't have to and I didn't even get an apology from her she should get fire for false accusations and having poor customer service .
