  • I went in for a pedicure and gel full set. I was taken quickly which was nice a guy came to do the pedicure and a lady for the gel set she offered me an all "natural" alternative which has no uv light and she said is not acrylic. The entire time I sat there they talked in their native language which is offensive, because what are you saying that you can't speak in English, and she brings over the all natural alternative which is acrylic. Acrylic is not all natural so I said I would prefer just the full set with gel and she said okay went and got a different acrylic and explained to me that they don't do gel sets they do acrylic sets with gel polish. If that is the case then why are you calling it a gel set and charging extra. I was honestly just so irritated that I left without the polish on my pedicure. It was an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment and I would never recommend this place. In all honesty in what work force are you able to speak anything other than the native language of the country in front of your guest; it is divisive and no matter how much you try to convince me if you were not saying anything inappropriate you would be speaking in a language we could all understand and respond too.
