| - I really feel awful leaving such a bad review, I called ahead to see if I needed to reserve a rack because I was bringing my 2 and 3 year old grand children and I wanted them to enjoy their bowling experience since each time we've gone they've only been able to roll the ball as the weekends are busy with kids. I was told no problem they had plenty I went right over. I said one game per child please he charged me two games each of course I knew their attention span wouldn't last that long but I'd rather pay and get going with the little ones then wait for a manager to make their way to us. The kid was friendly and said he will be right over with the rack and ball for the kids so across from our lane was Kestlers Cafe so I thought I'd order while I waited with only one person working I had waited 10 minutes to order. I understood and patiently waited when I did order I repeated three times and not by choice , Kestlers burger, Nachos, Popcorn , lg pepsi sm mist she gave me everything but the burger it was taking 8 minutes to cook. I paid and tipped went to the lane where I waited still for the kid to bring the rack and ball, I looked over at the kid he gets busy again!!!! Now another 8 mins have passed at least 20 mins since I've paid to let the kids bowl and they are still waiting. My son shows up says we need everything and it took 30 seconds to get the kids bowling, happy kids, happy grandma! I walk over to get the burger, Kimberly I will call her it's what the receipt says is taking an order she sees me, goes grabs their drink in the meantime the gentleman who ordered behind me walks up and she hands him his order then Kimberly takes another order. I patiently wait yet again....... She goes off to get other orders!!!!! Another customer walks up and says I'm sorry are you before us I said yes please I'm trying to pick up my burger before its to cold for the kids to enjoy and add more cheese on the nachos. Kimberly comes up to take their order even though I'm in front of them, I say excuse me I'd like to get that burger behind you please and add more cheese on these nachos, she rolled her Eyes at me grabbed the nachos and put one pump on them and pushed them at me. The woman behind me said WOW!!!!! I said thank you and walked away. The burger was NOT edible for the 2 & 3 year old they refused it so I tasted it and it was like a dirty grilled piece of over cooked meat. So the $6.00 burger was not touched, however they were eating the nachos and popcorn so I went back up to Kimberly and asked for more cheese she yelled at me " I already gave you FREE cheese once" I relied if you are not adequately putting enough cheese on to accommodate the large amount of chips then I would not be here asking for more cheese. Also had she given me the option to purchase more cheese I would have. I paid for two extra games of bowling knowing I wasn't going to use them, I gave her a tip not even seeing a tip jar on the counter, I paid $6.00 for a burger they didn't eat without complaining to her so clearly I would have paid fifty cents or even a dollar for more cheese. So to top this all off on Tuesday I notice that my bank was charged for this transaction twice, the actual amount and then she ran the total amount again with the tip added. Oh joy she doubled charged me for the worst customer service experience ever. The two stars are for the fun the kids had. Next time I grab everything from the counter for bowling and we will bring in food from the casino food court.
