  • I've been here so much in the past and it has steadily gone downhill. The chickens always burnt and it took 18min after my online order was supposed to be ready. Not only that but it was extremely sloppy. In one spot of the burrito was a sour cream bomb. And the rest of the burrito had no sour cream. I'll be avoiding this chipotle. Every other chipotle I have been too is great but this one has been nothing but problems. Like the cashier saying "I'm so angry I could scream" not directly to me but still made for an uncomfortable situation. There's to many other places in the area with top notch customer service any way better food.
