  • Disappointed with this location, this place deserves 0 stars. First off, the girl doing my hair wasn't friendly and just wasn't professional at all. She did not ask what service I wanted or if I wanted something to drink, so I had to speak up first and do her job. When she took me in the wash room, she got my face wet several times (I took forever to do my makeup) because the " water hose" slipped out of her hand. Then my back was getting wet. How is this professional? The whole time she was doing my hair she looked bored and was pretty rough with my hair. My hair did not come out like I wanted it. I've been to few Drybars in California and always liked how my hair turned out and my experience. I complained to the front desk and asked to speak to the manger. She said there wouldn't be any charge and offered for someone else to fix it. The person fixing my hair just made it even worse. I feel like all these hairstylist need more proper training. The only cool things were the DJ and bar. Read other Yelp reviews before coming here and spending your time and money. I really do hope this place gets better!
