HORRIBLE! Absolutely AWFUL! We did a family group as birthday gifts to one another, it was fun until one of the members of our group got put in "time out" for not being controlled by the instructor. Our flier flew into the glass and tried to regain control but started to roll. The instructor immediately took him off, kicking him out for not only the rest of his time that turn but also his next turn. The instructor yelled at him in front of all the class. That is an awful way to punish someone for not being able to control themselves for their first time going in the tube. After all of us had our two turns, the instructor was still frustrated as were we because the instructor would not talk to us. You are paying enough money to be TAUGHT, that is the instructors job, to just get put in the corner and not be allowed your turn is a very bad way to do business and an awful way to waste money. Beyond irritating that the instructor was so short with his customer service. If you are paying that much money you expect to be treated with respect and to be taught how to fly. Don't get me started on the expense to fly, you pay over $100 for 2 minutes of fly time. If you break it down that's almost a dollar per second, not including pictures or videos which are bought separately. Very disappointed with the whole situation. Not worth the money or hassle of horrible instructors.
