I just bought my dress at Kaira's.
I came to browse - but ended up walking out with my gown! Kaira was very helpful and not at all pushy. She allowed me to look through the racks and choose my own gowns to start - and didn't mind when I pulled off 10-15. After I tried those on, she understood my style and pulled several others for me to try. She was not at all pushy.
Most of the dresses that I tried on were in the $1,500 range - that seemed to be the norm for this store. I was offered a discount on several dresses in that range that I was interested in. Most dresses take 6 months in advance to order. There are several racks of dresses that are discontinued that sell off the rack at a great discount. The dress I liked most happened to be one of these - a beautiful couture gown -- for $500!!!
I think the best part about this store is that after you buy a dress, if you change your mind, you can bring it back and choose another dress in the store (equal or greater value) and they don't charge you a fee. That's great service!
They also have a seamstress on staff and headpieces, veils, bridesmaids dresses, etc.
I was very happy with the service. I was however the only person there, and I'm not sure if at busier times they take multiple appointments at once.
The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because they don't do all the "extras" - champagne, ring cleaning, etc -- but that's probably how they can keep the dress costs pretty low. If you're not looking for all the extra's - this is a great place to look!
