  • I rarely write reviews especially for a car rental place. You've been to one you've been to them all right? Well let me tell you what separates this location from others. It all started on a cold winter morning... (Bear with me now) So About 7:00 this morning ,yes I was finally going to be on time for work, I click the unlock button on the key fob and no response. I then proceed to open the car 1980 style by sticking the key in the door and it opened! I knew their was a problem but I thought maybe I damages the key, WRONG the battery died! Why? Because I'm use to driving a car with auto lights, so when I parked the car the night before I forgot to turn them off which equals dead battery! Ok I'll get to the point now! Even though it's not their standard they came to my apartment complex, gave me a boost and I was able to get to work at my normal time :-) Thanks guys at enterprise! You truly are here to serve your customers by going above and beyond! Thanks again!
