rev:text	The menu is extensive with all sorts of funky combinations, but maybe our group was too picky...we wanted plain old matcha soft serve ice cream. They had it in a cup with cereal, mochi and nuts or another combo with cereal and red bean. They also had a small serving of matcha green tea ice cream as a side with the thick toast. They would not serve us just matcha soft serve ice cream. Had to order exactly what was on menu. We even said we were willing to pay more, but nope. I get it if everything was already combined/pre-made and sitting in the freezer, but it wasn't, so how hard is it to put some ice cream in a cup? Then 2 of us decided to go ahead with the ice cream combo but we really didn't want the cereal. Asked if they can just not put the cereal in (not replace with more ice cream, just no cereal), and again we are willing to pay more for the trouble of not taking the extra step to scoop cereal, but nope. We would have gotten up to leave if we didn't already wait over 30 minutes just to get a table. The picture in the menu had the cereal on the bottom so we would just eat up to the cereal and throw it out. When it came, they sandwiched the cereal between the ice cream so it was harder to dig out...why???? And 6 of us ordered and they only brought out 5 orders one by one like 10 mins apart. So the first person was done their order by the time the 3rd order came out. They missed one of the orders so we re-ordered and then they brought the wrong item out. Didn't even bother to correct them at that point, didnt want to wait another hour for them to put together ice cream with cereal and red bean. They realized their mistake after we ate half of it already and brought out a bowl of just red bean to pour on top of whatever was left. Not impressed. Needless to say, never again. Oh and there were floaties in our water, I guess in case we wanted to snack on someone else's rehydrated food while we waited an hour for our dessert. Not that it should matter, but we got the water before we ordered, so the floaties were irrespective of our difficult order. They did at least take 10% off our bill because of the missed order but too little too late.
