  • This company has been deceptive and not forthcoming with the condition of the property I was supposed to be leasing. They had me sign the lease without fully disclosing the condition of the property while knowing that major problems existed. The only time it was made known was after I repeatedly requested documentation and it took over 1 week for anything to be investigated. Upon investigation, no measure were taken to fix the problem which consisted of the garage door being labeled as an immediate hazard. It was understood my situation and that I needed the home to be move in ready at time of signing and it took 7 days for us to have access to the house after signing. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
