  • The company has horrible customer service. I called in to transfer my ticket to leave later that same day, but the agent on the phone made a mistake that changed it to early that morning, when I called again on the day I m leaving, they refuse to either refund or transfer my ticket. And a different agent denied that any agent has served me before, and he said I was lying to him. I won't make the same mistake again by taking their bus.
