  • TERRIBLE!!! Lost my sons gold chain on his Prom weekend! Gave my sons chain to another customer who argued she was given the wrong chain, only to be told she was wrong and had the wrong chain. At first l was told they didn't know when/who would have or return the chain. My son was furious! No chain for Prom. After returning twice taking time out of my busy schedule I was offered 20$ gift card for my inconvenience. This place is a rip off!! Don't take your expensive jewelry there you probably will get switched, I wouldn't trust this place. I was told I could BUY a chain at cost, and get 200$ off a greatly inflated repair cost of 400$ on a ring they repaired in December. BUYER BEWARE!!!
