Honestly, the Uni pasta is too hyped up. It was really thick and nothing else to it besides the Uni so for $26 it isn't worth it. It was overpowered by the tomato cream sauce so the Uni flavor was barely there.
We also got the kobe outskirt steak and I would give that a 2 star. The dish came with a few slices of steak and garnishment. For $20 I think the restaurant can add a side salad to it. The steak itself didn't have a great taste to it. Tasted like reheated microwaved steak...yeah kinda gross.
The BEST main course dish we had was the SPICY CHICKEN JIDORI pasta. That was the saving grace of me returning to this place ever again. the sauce had a great flavor and a good kick to it. It wasn't heavy and you get some protein with the chicken.
For appetizers we got the mussels escargot. It came with 6 pieces and 3 different flavors. I only liked the cheese flavored one, but my sister liked the miso flavor...so it might be something you'd like to try on your own and find out for yourself.
The soft shell crab was great. The sauce was really good. It was my favorite appetizer that we ordered and we ordered a lot. Everything else was just mediocre.
Dessert, definitely go for the Panna Cotta. I'm not a dessert person because I'm not a big fan of sweets, but even the Panna Cotta got me eating it.
