  • Pretty poor service overall. I went in December and took 2 hrs which for an eye exam. They took me back did one thing then sent me to the waiting room. They did this 4 times. How about being attentive to one customer at a time. The doctor was really nice. Then they charged me $50 more for an exam than what I use to pay at my old office. I ordered my contacts over the phone. When I went in to pickup the lady was less than friendly! I asked for my prescription and a receipt. I showed the lady they had my name spelled wrong on the RX and she sighed and rolled her eyes at me like I was bothering her. She updated then I asked for an itemized receipt and got another sigh with the response "didn't you get this when you ordered..." My response was no as I ordered over the phone. Overall not a very pleasant experience as the staff members are not very polite in my opinion. Will not return.
