  • I called Arcane today and left a message. Ephraim immediately called me back and said he could come tonight. I needed my outside patio furniture cleaned badly. He was here around 6, and just left a little bit ago, Midnight!! I knew the cushions needed much work because my covers were destroyed by the wind. As a business owner myself, I appreciate other business owners that take pride in their company. Before he even got started he explained step by step the cost of each piece to me, making sure I was comfortable with the price. He went above and beyond to make sure he did his best. I would recommend him to anyone of my friends or clients. Honest, hard working people are rare to find. I will work my best to let people know that he is someone you can trust and depend on to make sure his clients are truly happy.
