Amazing experience here! The mgr Brett checked in the large group I was w & after sharing w me he had a bad day w some disgruntled guests, he told me that we were a breath of fresh air & appreciated our upbeat energy. After being out for dinner, we returned to our room to find a bottle of champagne & fresh raspberries from Brett w a very kind note. I have never been sent champagne in a hotel before! In my profession I am to give the best customer service & be the Director of first impressions. I would highly recommend this hotel for surprising me with the most amazing customer service. It's rare these days to find that!
