  • I went in to purchase a better router. An associate was with me quickly and gave me good advice. However, the router did not work well with my blue ray at home. I was really happy with Best Buy when I was allowed to exchange it for another brand. An associate was right with me to help with the exchange and I was in and out of the store in no time. Second router works great... I really appreciate Best Buy standing behind their product, their customer service and their desire to make the customer happy!
