  • If I could give this place zero stars I would. I booked a room 4 months in advance and held it with my credit card. 2 months before arriving they charged my card, ok no problem, I get there the night of my reservation and the woman at the counter,who barely spoke English, tells me I never had a reservation. I show her the conformation. She calls someone and after listening to a conversation in a foreign language, she tells me my card is expired and I was never charged. I immediately show her my unexpired card and the credit card statement where I was charged. After another 20 minutes of listening to another conversation in a foreign language she tells me they have to charge me another night but will reverse the charges. I told them absolutely not. They couldn't get it right the first time what makes them think I'm going to trust them again? I immediately called my credit card company and reported the fraud. STAY AWAY YOU'VE BEEN WARNED
