  • Recently visited the Forum Shops location for Happy Hour and what an awesome experience it was! They have their Red Sun Happy hour (Sun - Thur 4 - 7 and Fri & Sat 4 - 6). Happy Hour is served in their lounge area with bar seating and a long 'communal' table. There are some may great hot & cold items, drinks and even deserts! Gosh we had so much food! Some of the items included: Miso Glazed Shrimp Tempura, Spicy Scallop sushi roll (it's got a lil kick!), Shrimp Tempura with Asparagus roll, Shishito peppers, Crispy Chicken and Vegetable tempura. Most of the HH cocktails drinks I think were $6 each and the hot green tea was served nice and hot! Carmelo was our server - did a great job and to show how committed they are to great experience - Johnny the GM and Guillermo - Asst. GM stopped by several times to check on how things were going. As other reviewers have noted - beautiful floor to ceiling glass window that overlooks the Strip - amazing views to go along with the amazing cuisine and service. I think this is one of the best deals for Happy Hour on the Strip with all of the great choices and the fact it's offered 7 days a week. Of course their regular lunch & dinner offerings are just as great! Next time you're at the Forum Shops or looking for a great experience - check it out! A MUST! ENJOY! ;-)
