  • I went here really sick one night the girl at the entrance was so rude from the moment I walked in they took me back quick which was nice but then the nurse who first saw me, also rude .. then they took me to a room where I saw the dr. He was so sweet ill give them that, not sure his name wish I could remember he was the nicest man I had ever met. However, then the nurse came in and she was extremely nasty. She was quiet, unfriendly and when I mentioned I work at Banner Thunderbird she pretty much called me a liar. Needless to say I will never go back there even after my stay billing called me and even they were rude. The male dr was pleasant but every female there ruined my experience. I work in healthcare and it only takes one negative moment to ruin someone's entire stay. I didn't appreciate being treated so rudely and next time I will for surely go to Banner Thunderbird.
