  • I recently seen a special at this place for $25 for a WASH, CUT & DRY. I was leaving for vacation in a week and need a coif. I inquired and made an appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30am and on the day of the appointment I showed about 15 minutes earlier just to be sure. No one showed up until 9:35am. Late already, no of the stylist or service reps were able to open the door. I waited for 30 minutes and had to leave for work. I rescheduled for the next day same time. I arrive the next day and they had no record of my appointment, not a big deal as they took me in right away. I confirmed the special that I had walked in for and they said they it is only a cut, wash and no dry. I advised to them that I inquired twice and the answers I received were it included all three services. They "owner" said they would not give it to me. I had to leave as they obviously needed the business to put the special and in addition to that, I was not going to pay any more than that for a first time visit. The ladies were rude, irresponsible, unreliable and bad enough for me to take the time to write this review. Do not go here!
