  • I wanted a cover-up of a tattoo which I had several laser removal treatments on (not completely gone, but significantly lighter). I saw many positive reviews for this place so I decided to give it a try. I went in and everyone seemed very friendly and nice. After looking thru some books by the artists, I chose Caleb. He was there. he seemed genuine and said he would be able to draw something up for me if I gave him $40 deposit which I did. I heard nothing from him for about 2 weeks so I called. I got the run-around from him. I waited for his call and a month later heard nothing. Today my husband and I made a surprise visit and got some more excuses from him. He did give me my $40 back, however. It really isn't about the money, it's about a person doing what they say they are going to do. If it was too difficult a task, he should have sent me to a professional.
