  • I stayed here with my boyfriend for his bday and I was thoroughly impressed! From the valet service, the front desk and even the service during the complimentary continental breakfast the next morning the service and professionalism was on point. They truly go above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The rooms itself was beautiful as well with a great view of the Cn tower. A special thank you to the concierge that day, Tatiana. She was amazing! She knew my name before I even stepped up to her desk and was already informed about the birthday surprise. She even helped me get the cake (which was not even in the hotel) and non alcoholic wine (special request) and had everything prepared beautifully before I arrived later on with my boyfriend. Will definitely be "stay-cationing" here again :)
