EMC are life savers. My daughter and I were driving from Phoenix to Washington where she is attending graduate school. Her car was recently "fixed" by another BMW sports car shop when it broke down on I-15. We were able to get it to EMC and they were amazing. The part needed wasn't available in the area, so they tracked it down, had it overnighted and work on her car after hours on a Saturday. Unfortunately, the part was defective and we decided to head back to Phoenix. EMC didn't charge us because of their guaranty policy even though it wasn't their fault the part was defective. I wish we could say the same for the original shop we took it to.
Once back in Phoenix we returned to the original BMW sports car shop to have them warranty their work, (which they didn't) and they proceeded to "fix" the car for an additional cost. Two days later were made it to Henderson before the car started acting up. Luckily, we were able to drive it back to EMC and they found and fixed the problem immediately. We were able to make the drive to Washington without any more issues. The best part was that Shelina called us to make sure we made it safely.
I only wish EMC was closer to Phoenix so that I could take my cars to a place that is honest and trustworthy.
