| - Wow, what a negative experience. I bought the Groupon so I had to give it a try. During my visit, I was scheduled for a Friday 10am appt. I show up a little before 10 and signed in with the incredibly snotty front desk girls. They gave no explanation as to what to expect or even a 'good morning.' Not the best first impression. Oh, wait, I think they gave me a snarl. After 40 minutes of waiting (that makes 40 minutes behind my appointment time) I went to the front desk to ask what time I could expect my appointment, the girls at the front desk looked at me and said, "Ugh, he will be with you soon." Oh, ok. Great. Was I supposed to know that? Nobody communicated with me at all as to what was going on or that they were even running behind schedule. Even if you call in for an appointment you will get a great sense of the snotty approach this business has with customer service.
Right as I was about to walk out (50 minutes behind schedule) I was called for my massage. The therapist completely ignored my request to focus on my neck. In fact, my neck was touched at all.
Then my massage ended, thank god. I walked back to the lobby and, once again, the girls at the front desk asked me to take a seat. Another 10 minutes of waiting and the chiropractor met me for my appointment. He adjusted my neck and called it a day. Literally 5 minutes.
I would highly recommend avoiding this business.
