  • Definitely overrated. 5 Guys is right next door and is a better deal with very comparable quality and better customer service. The staff at Burgatory made us feel like we were a bother. They were more interested in standing around in little groups and hanging out with off-duty staff than taking care of their guests. The burgers certainly were not bad, but they are far from worthy of the praise read in other reviews.
