  • I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food offered at this cafĂ©. Are they setting is very modest and casual, the food is very good. I started with a mixed appetizer of onion rings, fried green tomatoes, and fried pickles. All were top notch with a spicy but flaky batter. My entree was the beans with rice. The portion was large and was very tasty. My only turnoff was the Bible quote on the message board as I entered. I prefer my meal without preaching.
