I have been a (Family) member for over 5 years; membership has lapsed but we have always renewed. The Science Center is one of our favorite Pittsburgh family places. I have one constructive comment I am hoping the higher-up Admin and Guest Services reads: for these five years each front desk person has always greeted us with
the most solid, cold, frown - one that conveys that I am bothering them on their dragging shift or that I just interrupted their texting time. Sincerely, the Science Center is so bustling and attractive from the first step out of my vehicle, and to be greeted (or not) in such a way, does not do the Center well.
Can the Trainer of the Trainees change something? Thanks a lot!
