We purchased an electric reclining love-seat at the end of April. Less than six months later, the motor went out on one side. I purchased the warranty; however, it took over 3 weeks to get them out to tell me what I already knew - we need a new motor. The warranty repairman assured me the new parts would be sent to my home within 8-10 days and I could call to have them come back out to repair. Just got a letter now saying the part will be delivered in 8-12 WEEKS. Really? I have to wait up to four months just to get the part? Pretty sure by the time all is said and done (and based on other reviews), my love-seat will be broken longer than it worked correctly in the first place. I won't make the mistake of shopping here ever again.
