  • Not sure how we ended up being the only bad review among Aaron's glowing reviews here but the service we have received from Aaron has been absolutely horrendous. My gf had a cracked screen to which he met with her on a Friday to fix and that supposedly would take 1 hour to fix. He ended up taking about 2 hours only to apply a screen that broke to which he said that he would fix on Monday. He met with her again on Monday stating that this time it would be less than one hour, yet it took an additional 4 hours and the phone looked so bad that my girl rejected it. In the mean time, he gave her an iphone "loaner" that wouldnt even power on. He offered to fix it for a THIRD time and would meet with her the next day. It is now Tuesday and he showed up at her work with a phone that didn't have some metal plate behind the button, rendering the phone, essentially, useless. Again, he said he would fix it and would be back and we have not heard from him since. Not only does he have her money, he now has her phone, sim card, and it has taken him more than 3 days and 6+ hours to "fix" her phone. I have been texting him ever since and now his phone is magically turned off and has not returned any of my texts yet we we're originally contacted by him, through text. I would love to hear from who ever Aaron answers to, to speak about this. We are not the type of people to blast anyone on yelp without fully feeling like a bad review is warranted. We made the decision to contact him based on his yelp reviews. While it appears that he has done some quality work in the past, our experience has been extremely bad. He should be reprimanded by iCracked, if not by the horrible quality of his work thus far, but very minimally for his incredible lack of communication and blatant disregard for customer service. She currently has no phone, no sim card, no loaner, and is out $90. Thanks a bunch Aaron.
