rev:text	This company refused to back a manufacturer's warranty for a Genie door opener they installed on a home I purchased less than one year ago. The opener quite working and when I called and asked for service they said they do not honor a warranty for the door opener because I was not the original purchaser of the opener. I asked to speak to a manager and no one called me back. They do NOT care about customer service or follow-up work on installations they do. I was able to find another company to repair the opener and it is working now.
