This is decent BBQ for Arizona. It's nothing close to as good as Texas BBQ. The meats are over seasoned, which mask some of the wood and smoke taste. The sausage has too much garlic and is missing the richness of sausage that you would find in Texas Hill country. The line is also annoying and slow plus the open door to the restaurant lets in flys that dance all around on your meat before you eat it. This place is good, but doesn't live up to all the hype.
