  • As you first step foot in the store you are instantly greeted by a representative. They show you the display room and walk you to your next bed. You can lay on the bed for however long you like. The purchasing process was simple and hassle free. Your bed arrives is less than a week! Mine got to me within 2 days! It will instantly rise and you'll be able to sleep on your new bed that night! Now after a few days, I was a little disappointed. The bed was a bit firm. I was considering returning it. Figured I'd try it out for a few more days. About 2 weeks after having my bed I got an email survey. I gave them an 8 out of 10 thinking that was good and stated the bed was a bit firm. They emailed me back thanking me for my business and asked if I wanted to try this mattress topper to make it a little less firm. They went out of their way to email me back because they new I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. This right here is why I'm giving them 5 stars. They will go out of their way to make sure you are having a comfortable sleep and won't stop until you're completely satisfied with your purchase. Bravo tuft and needle bravo.
