| - Use a Groupon, get diluted product!
Used a Groupon in March 2015 for 50 units of Dysport for $104.00. There was absolutely no change, no wrinkle reduction, and my forehead still had full movement (I been getting Botox and Dysport for years, I know what to expect.) Called three weeks later to complain, and I was told that I must have been one of the patients who received injections from a "batch that wasn't diluted properly" and they offered to re-inject me the following day. It's been 14 days since the re-injection and I have very minor improvements (maybe 25% better) but only in certain spots, others were left untouched.
The nurse during my second appointment began explaining how each practitioner dilutes the product differently and results might vary.
I've never heard any other Botox or Dysport practitioner mention diluting product, Skin Sultry mentioned "diluting" on two separate occasions. Mention of diluting, combined with my lack of results both times, makes me wonder if they deliberately dilute product (I've heard it's somewhat common for some businesses to dilute product for Groupon customers) to save money.
I'll never return, which is a bummer because they're close to my office and the convenience wound have been nice. I took my full-price business somewhere else, and attained the same great results that I always have with 50 units.
