  • BUYERS BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!! Save yourself the troubles and DO NOT shop here! I will pursue every outlook in order to get a refund/return on my UNTOUCHED, UNWORN, UNUSED dress. No one was clear on the "final sale" policy, nor the fact that it meant no returns. Although my rep, Ashley was wonderful and truly cared about my wants and needs in a dress, everyone else was AWFUL, RUDE & PUSHY; Including the "new manager". It is hard enough going through a break up and wedding cancellation, I shouldn't have to fight to get a refund on a product that has been untouched.
