  • We have used Queen of maids 3 times now and here are the ups and downs. My first and third experience was fantastic and was very happy with the cleaning that they did. The "mother and daughter" team was super detailed and organized all our stuff in place. They really are the queen of maids. My wife was also super happy and super satisfied. My second one was NOT so good. First of all, we requested that "mother and daughter" team to come to our house but other people came. We couldn't send them back because they already came. We called and they said it was double booked and we were the victim unfortunately. I still wouldn't mind if they did a good job cleaning. However, it smelled disgusting after they cleaned and filled with some chemical smell as well. The glass shower in my bathroom was not cleaned entirely. We were very disappointed and upset. The owner called us the next day to ask us about the service, and we told her what happened. She apologized and gave us discount = great followup service from the owner. luckily this time, "mother and daughter team" came and did a great job again. I will be continuing using Queen of maids as long as I have "mother and daughter" team for the future.
