  • Have a maintenance contract with these folks and their prices for parts are absolutely ridiculous. Was charged 216 for a transformer, it's a $20 part. I get overhead, labor, gas, truck maintenance, marketing etc. but an 1100 percent up charge??? On top of the control board that had a 400% up charge. That was all with my "discount". Find an ethical company to business with. On a positive note the technicians were helpful despite the gouging the management has in place
