  • Mother in law and grandmother flew in for a visit so a group of 4 of us made an appointment. I thought the staff was very friendly but 2 of 3 of us getting pedicures were in pain for a good portion of the time. Lady doing my sister kept hurting her, but each time I said something she didn't seem to understand what I was saying and continued on. Guy that ended up doing my toes was very rough like he was new or not paying attention. My nails were cut very short and then he kept trying to file my skin off. It was very stressful. Only reason I give 2 starts is because they do give a long massage of feet, longest I've ever had anywhere Ive ever been. The massage kinda smoothed over all the hurt and pain of the rest of the pedicure but then when I got home later that night I noticed that my nails were not painted all the way. There are parts on lots of my toes missing nail polish, like he was afraid of painting too close to sides. First time trying here and I won't be back. OUCH is all I have to say :(
