  • Excellent hospitality from doormen, front desk, and staff. There was nothing I needed that this hotel and staff couldn't accommodate or assist me with. I asked for a room refrigerator to keep my supplies from Trader Joe's and Target. Fresh water bottles were replenish daily. The restaurant bar Social was good for $12 breakfast buffet of eggs, sausage, bacon, and bagels. If you have an SPG card you get 10% off. The Cesar Salad for dinner was also good and had huge croutons. I would return to this hotel should I find myself in Charlotte.
