  • I exchanged a Marriott suite for a one bedroom "suite" at this resort. I was extremely disappointed. I was stuck in a lock off that was so small that it had a dining table for two, a sofa bed, no coffee table...there wasn't room. The window had a great view of the bathroom window from another unit. The bedroom window did have a view of the pool, but we did not "live" in our bedroom! The unit was not very clean. The kitchen floor was sticky, the bathroom floor had hair stuck to it. When I asked for another room I was told that what I was given was a comparable room with what I exchanged. They would have been embarrassed to see what I exchanged. Needless to say, I'll NEVER be coming back to the resort.
