Came in this morning to buy donuts for my 3rd grade class. It was "Donuts with Dad" day at school, and many of the dads of my students couldn't come. When I asked for 2 dozen, Mikey, the shift manager, was rude to me because I hadn't called ahead for my big order. I didn't have plans for a "big order" until I walked in. He also said that because I didn't call ahead, there wouldn't be enough for the customers! Wasn't I a customer, buying lots of their product?? Even my 7 year old daughter noticed. The person who helped me with my order, Mason, was great though.
