  • Absolutely worse service department! We bought a Kia Soul that we love, but have NEVER had luck with the tires. Constantly getting tire pressure light, but there is nothing wrong with our tires. Yet we have to go in to have them check and recalibrate the switch. Today we had a flat! When I call, there is no customer care for being stranded! Plus since it's Friday no-one is available to fix or assist! I feel like we are always left hanging...unless they want to call us for something unnecessary. Not only will we take our service elsewhere, we will not buy another KIA!
