My nails came out pretty awesome, but customer service could be better. My experience got better once I was there, my lady was very sweet (she might have been Dana?), but over the phone I got through a couple of "HUH?"s before I could make an appointment. Also, a woman who was waiting for a wax job wasn't being attended to very well. I don't know if she wasn't clear about her needs or what, but everyone seemed to fail to communicate to her a wait time, or that her appointment would even be fulfilled. She was there pretty much the entire time I was there for my mani and pedi, just sitting and waiting and getting no answers. It was awkward, and I felt bad for her.
There's a ton of nail shops in town, and most of them have talent. Customer service is extremely important to stick out from the crowd. I like to try different places out, but ultimately I only return to a very few.
