  • It looks like the unpreparedness of the location at McCowan and 7 isn't a one off. I have not had one positive experience at Green Grotto (at any for that matter) but I keep ending up back at one because of my friend who still seems to like this place. Visited here on a Sunday afternoon around 3:00 pm and tried to order a regular milk tea with their mixed tapioca. So many things went wrong with this order - mixed tapioca = double tapioca - they also then mentioned their tapioca wasn't ready yet. So double charge of nothing? - the order was wrong, they tried making just tea At this point I gave up and asked for a refund. Can't believe how poorly organized this place was it was laughable after. Avoid avoid!
