  • Waste of my whole afternoon! Had a 2:30 appt and arrived at 2:25 pm. After filling out paperwork, waiting for an hour,and seeing three people come in after me get called back, I asked how much longer it would be. Was told that my appt was at 2:15 and that I had been late - not what I was told just yesterday when they called to make the appt. I waited another 15 minutes, then told them that I had to cancel and left.
