  • I needed to replace a balancer on one of my windows at my house. I brought the balancer in with one of the clips that I had accidentally bent; I snapped the other one. Peter was extremely helpful!! He sold me a replacement balancer (prices are amazing!) and even had replacement clips! The best part about my experience at this shop was Peter took the time to actually show me how to replace the clips and the balancers with ease, since this was my first time reinstalling a window. I felt extremely confident walking out. For that reason, I strongly recommend D & L Chandler Glassworks.
