  • Have visited Massage Well several times for couples massages. The last visit I had an employee was rude and requested more of a tip from me. I was called later that evening and promised my money back for the massages that I paid for. I didn't want the cash back. Just a complimentary couples massage. This complimentary massage was confirmed via phone about a month ago on the phone by the manager. Today I call to schedule and the manager advises me that I will only be receiving my tip back. Not the complimentary couples massage I was promised. Since finding this place we haven't gone anywhere else. But, now we're done and will find a place to honors what they promise their repeat customers. Losing $$$ and referrals, Massage Well.
